I'm not just a coach. I'm a leader who has walked through the full spectrum of professional evolution: practicing physician (MD) → front-line sales → local marketing → global leadership → independent coach and consultant. 25 years of corporate experience (Actavis, Omega Pharma, Novartis), 18 years in leadership positions.

In every role I combined a scientific approach, strategic marketing, and entrepreneurial spirit. Frequently asked questions

What if I don't want to leave employment yet — I just want to understand my alternatives?
That's a solid entry point. The Shift Happens program isn't about quitting immediately and "burning bridges." It's about taking inventory of your assets and designing a Plan B. We can build a strategy that lets you feel confident in your current company, knowing you already have an "autonomous project" ready to launch at any moment.
How much time per week do I need to commit?
I work with executives and I know the value of time. Beyond the weekly session (60 minutes) — about 3 hours a week of independent work: experiments, reflection, micro-steps. The method is built around integrating change into your current life, not creating additional load.
Do you help with legal matters in Switzerland?
As your "scout in the Swiss context," I share my experience and proven playbooks (forms of ownership, working with the RAV). However, I am not a legal or tax advisor. My task is to help you design a viable business model and prepare psychologically for the transition — and for documentation I'll point you to the right specialists.
How is this different from a career consultant?
A career consultant typically helps you "sell yourself better to another employer" — update the CV, strengthen networking, pass interviews. I help you become the Author of your own professional realization. We work with identity, mission, and meaning, plus strategy and a plan for building your own in-demand product. It's a shift from being "an object of the market" to being "the subject of your own life."
What if during the program I realize I want to stay in the corporation?
That's a result too. The identity audit may show you need to change "the scenery" or your leadership format — not leave. In that case we'll adjust the strategy so that a transition within employment is conscious rather than forced, and so that you keep your self-worth regardless of position.

I'm currently finalizing the program methodology for the broader market, and high-quality feedback is important to me. What happens after the 12 weeks are complete?

The program is designed so that by the end of the 3rd month you have full autonomy: a ready strategy, a market-tested hypothesis, and an action roadmap. After the core program — three options:

  • Solo flight. You have a plan and you move forward independently. My doors are open for one-off sessions if a need arises.
  • Supportive environment. A mastermind group of alumni, where leaders in transition support each other, share contacts and experience in the Swiss context.
  • Long-term support. Monthly sessions to maintain pace and adjust strategy. I can be your strategic partner for as long as needed.
